About Cascade Crafts

Cascade Crafts is a handmade crochet business operated by an individual artisan in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. All items are handcrafted originals. Some designs are created from licensed third-party patterns (credited as "Pattern by Megan Lapp" where applicable). The finished handmade products are original works by the maker.

Ordering Process

Cascade Crafts does not operate a traditional shopping cart or instant checkout. Our ordering process works as follows:

• You submit an Interest Form with your contact details and item of interest.

• We will reach out to you personally to confirm availability and discuss your order.

• Payment arrangements are made directly between buyer and seller after order confirmation.

• Submitting an Interest Form does not guarantee availability or constitute a binding order.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for items is communicated personally after your inquiry is received. Prices listed on the website are general, and may be subject to change, as each creation may vary. Payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery and Pickup

Local Philadelphia Area Only. Currently, Cascade Crafts only delivers within the local Philadelphia area. Customers may pick up their order or receive delivery within our service area. We do not offer shipping by mail at this time.

Handmade Nature of Products

All Cascade Crafts items are handmade. As a result:

• Minor variations in color, size, and texture are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.

• Items are not mass-produced and may differ slightly from photos shown in the gallery.

• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of the product.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, written content, and branding on this website belong to Cascade Crafts. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them without permission. Crochet patterns used are licensed from their respective designers and are credited appropriately.

Limitation of Liability

Cascade Crafts is a small independent business. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the amount paid for the item in question.

Safety and Age Guidance

Crocheted items may contain small parts such as safety eyes. They are intended as decorative collectibles or gifts for older children and adults. They are not recommended for children under 3 years of age due to potential choking hazards.
