Refund Policy
Effective Date: 3/20/26 | Last Updated: 3/20/26
At Cascade Crafts, we take pride in every handmade creation and want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. Because each item is made by hand and made to order, our refund process is handled personally on a case-by-case basis.
We handle refunds and concerns personally. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us directly. We will do our best to make it right.
Because our items are handcrafted and each order is discussed and confirmed individually, we do not offer automatic or guaranteed refunds. However, we will always listen and work with you.
Item significantly different from what was agreed upon – If the finished item is substantially different from what was discussed and confirmed during the order process, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Damaged or defective item – If your item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
Order cancellation before completion – If you need to cancel before the item is completed, contact us right away. Cancellations before work begins or early in the process are more likely to be accommodated.
Refund requests based on minor natural variations in a handmade item (slight color shifts, texture differences, etc.)
Change of mind after an item has been completed and delivered
Requests made significantly after delivery without prior communication
Please use our Contact Form or reach out through the same channel you used to place your order. Include your name, what you ordered, and a brief description of the concern. We will respond as quickly as we can.
Since all payments are arranged personally between buyer and seller, any refund or adjustment will be handled through the same payment method used for your original transaction.
Have a concern? We are here to help. Reach us through the Contact Form at cascadecrafts.com and we will get back to you personally.
Note: This Refund Policy reflects the good-faith practices of a small handmade goods business. It is intended to be fair to both the customer and the maker. For larger-scale commerce, consulting a licensed attorney is recommended.
